Kids know it. Parents know it. Educators know it. It’s time to stop focusing on compliance and bureaucracy, and instead we must focus on real solutions that improve educational outcomes.

the framework
Student success will SOAR when every decision is FIRST determined with effectiveness, efficiency and excellence for kids, parents and education. Anything less is failure to support the whole student, and we can not afford that anymore.
We must strive for success with all three first... Kids FIRST. Parents FIRST. Education FIRST.
KIDS: Does it help the student learn, grow and succeed? Students are like the engine in education - the engine chugging away to reach the final destination of the real world that we call adulthood.
PARENTS: Does it respect and honor the rights of parents? Like the conductors of the train, parents have the ultimate decision in the direction of their child's education.
EDUATION: Does it enhance the efforts of school staff & teachers? Teachers layout the track for the engine - directed by the conductor - to reach it's final destination in the most effective and safe manner.
the priorities
Using our framework in every decision, we will restore classroom stability, revive academic outcomes and reinforce transparency & accountability. We will produce results that are grounded in critical thinking for students, parental rights, and common sense educator support.
One. Two. Three. We start with thee.
1. GET THE CHAOS OUT! Restore classroom stability and neutrality. We must provide classroom environments that are friendly for learning. Politics must get out. Behavior disruptions must be addressed so that all students can learn. Classes must literally be safe physical environments. Smaller class sizes must be considered. Added recess and movement time is crucial for brain development in all ages of youth. Doing so will set the stage for students to receive information taught and for teachers to have a stage to teach.
2. GET COMPLIANCE OUT! Revive curriculum to include critical thinking at every grade level and get back to the basic concepts with a focus on on outcomes, not compliance. We must address graduation merits that do not serve the future of the students and consider adding crucial life and civic skills so that all students are prepared, to the best of their ability, for adulthood after graduation.
3. GET WASTE OUT! Reinforce fiscal accountability and transparentcy. We must work closely with educators, parents and legislators to know what is working and what isn't working with spending and resources. We don't need more money to increase student success, we need more useful and non-discriminatory spending!
